Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Stoicky, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of Service
You may use Stoicky to generate videos from text prompts. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate. You must not use the service to create illegal, harmful, or deceptive content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Free-tier accounts receive a one-time grant of 120 credits on sign-up; paid accounts are billed monthly at the stated rate and include a credit allowance. Unused credits do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
4. Payments & Cancellation
Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the content you generate with Stoicky. We do not claim ownership of your prompts or output. The Stoicky name, logo, and platform are our intellectual property.
6. Limitation of Liability
Stoicky is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost content, downtime, or third-party API failures. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
