Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address and display name via Clerk, our authentication provider. When you create videos, we store your prompts, generated assets (images, audio, video), and project settings. If you subscribe to Pro, Dodo Payments collects your billing information — we never see or store your full payment details.

2. How We Use It

Your data is used to run the video generation pipeline, send you completion emails (via Resend), track aggregate usage (via PostHog), and manage your subscription. We do not sell your personal information or use your prompts to train models.

3. Data Storage

Scene images and audio are stored in Supabase Storage. Final videos are stored in Cloudflare R2. Subscription records are kept in Supabase PostgreSQL. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@stoicky.com. We will respond within 30 days.
